Teachers Notes for Fifty Famous Stories Retold by James Baldwin is designed to help you present full lessons with relevant Introductory and Amplification resources for each story. Classic artwork is used to enhance stories. These pictures are referenced and provided in the Teacher’s Notes. Geographical locations pertaining to the lessons are also brought out in the Notes, so the lesson is complete and full. Locations in Fifty Famous Stories that are not easily found in an atlas are found in a map in the pictures portion of the Notes. As per Charlotte Mason’s directions for the Method of a Lesson, each story has a review and then a presentation of what is to come for the current lesson. Occasional words are noted for the instructor to explain before reading. Any edition of Fifty Famous Stories Retold can be used as the source text to go along with these Notes.
These Teacher’s Notes can be used digitally with the picture links that are referenced in the Notes or these Teacher’s Notes can be printed complete with pictures for a hard copy, in-hand approach.
The textual book is not part of these Notes. You might find a reclaimed copy in the Book Rescue Book Store here at Real Living Life.
